This course has been an incredible journey of learning and growth for our team. It has been an absolute pleasure to partner with Paddeco – their expertise and support have been invaluable. We're so proud of our team's dedication to continuous learning and the exceptional service they provide to our valued clients.
Memberships and Accreditations
Our memberships and accreditations reflect our commitment to quality, safety and high standards across every project. In March 2026, Ductbusters marked 25 years with BESA and remains a proud VHR member. Our SafeContractor, CHAS Elite and Constructionline Gold accreditations were renewed in June 2026. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 re-accreditation is due in November 2026, including a three-day office audit and an on-site audit.
Recent Qualifications and Development
Rory Evans has started work towards his IOSH and SMSTS qualifications.
Liam Lilley achieved the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health and Safety Leadership and Management in April 2026, following his Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement in February 2026. He will soon register for the Level 4 Certificate in Leading Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.
In less than 12 months, Jon Hogg achieved the NEBOSH General Certificate in March 2026, the Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management in December 2025, the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health and Safety Leadership and Management in December 2025, the Level 4 Certificate in Leading Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice in September 2025, and the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement in July 2025.
