Even with modern manufacturing processes being designed to create the least amount of emissions possible unwanted heat, welding dust and cutting fluid can still pose production as well as health and safety problems for manufacturing companies.

Contamination of work in progress can lead to unacceptable levels of failure when routine inspections lead to expensive reworking or having to scrap the entire item. Many modern factories also like to maintain a clean image to improve employee morale and working conditions whilst also impressing visiting prospective and existing clients.

A well designed local exhaust ventilation, ducted supply and/or extract as well as general supply and/or extract will enhance production conditions but will need regular maintenance to maintain original design performance criteria.

When systems are working as intended they will help maintain product quality and give protection to the workforce by reducing the amount of airborne particulate in the factory airspace.

Our expertise extends further than cleaning the internal surfaces of ductwork systems. Dust that gathers on ledges and steelwork often needs to be removed as it is unsightly and can still cause the problems already mentioned.
